Becoming a parent through surrogacy
We believe that everyone deserves to become a parent. Get in touch with our agency to take the first steps today.
For some people, becoming a parent is something they know they want to do from a young age. They see babies and children and know that one day they’ll have one. Other people need to wait a little time to come to this decision. There’s nothing worse for someone who wants to become a parent than to learn they are infertile or there is something else preventing them from conceiving.
Our agency is here to help people who are in these situations to get the children they thought they would never have. We are ready and waiting to assist you in making your dreams of parenthood a beautiful reality.
While our agency is based in California, we’ve helped people from around the world become parents through international surrogacy. If you are interested in becoming a surrogate or becoming a parent, then don’t hesitate to get in touch. We welcome everyone and anyone to our program, no matter their marital status, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. We’ve made parents out of people across every background.
We like to keep everything as simple and fast as possible because we understand that – when you are an intended parent – that day you are holding your precious bundle of joy can’t come fast enough.
The Surrogacy Process
The first step in the surrogacy process is a complimentary consultation. You’ll meet with our intake team who will ask you about your background, requirements and answer any questions. We want to know why you decided to choose surrogacy to build your family. For our part, we’ll help to explain how surrogacy works and guide you through the entire process.
If you choose our agency to help you with the surrogacy journey, we’ll introduce you to our staff who will be with you every step of the way. You’ll work with our team to choose the right IVF clinic and egg donor for you, should you not have one, and of course the gestational surrogate.
Matching you up with a surrogate is one of the most important first steps in the journey. We have a comprehensive screening process to find the right gestational surrogate for you. The average time it takes to match you with a donor, clinic, and surrogate is between 1 and 4 months, based on the matching requirements of our clients.
After a surrogate has been medically cleared and is ready to begin the transfer process, the clinic will perform the embryo transfer. If the surrogate becomes pregnant afterwards, then you can look forward to hearing the baby’s heartbeat from the seventh week of pregnancy. Our staff will be in touch more and more as the pregnancy develops.
Actually getting to take your baby home sounds like the end of the process, but it’s a whole new beginning for you and your team. We handle any niggling legal matters while you get to enjoy having a baby in the home.
There are several reasons that international parents choose the United States for their surrogacy. It’s become a top destination for international surrogacy thanks to the favorable legal, societal, and medical conditions of the United States. Not to mention 46 of 50 United States allow for commercial surrogacy. Over many years we’ve worked with international parents from a variety of countries including Australia, France, Germany, Denmark, China, Sweden, and New Zealand.
How much the surrogacy will cost can depend on your own personal situation and exactly what services you need. Our top priority is to ensure that you have a happy and healthy surrogacy journey, and that includes finding the ideal American surrogate for you. Our ultimate goals is to help you achieve your dream of a happy and healthy baby you can safely take home with you.
It’s important to note that children born in the United States are US Citizens. They are given US birth certificates and are entitled to a US passport for traveling, which can generally be obtained within 24-72 hours of application. You’ll be working with a surrogacy lawyer that will establish your parental rights through a Pre-Birth Order. You will be recognized as the sole legal and physical parents of the child under American law.
Establishing your parentage in the United States mean that you can travel home safely and securely. Many countries – including Spain and Germany – recognize and accept the US Declaration of Parentage.
